Vì vậy, đã có rất nhiều người dùng mua những apps này trong khoảng thời gian từ 1/9 đến 10/9 (ngày tổ chức sự kiện) và vẫn phải thanh toán phí.
Những ngày gần đây Apple bắt đầu gửi đi email đến những người dùng đó để thông báo rằng tài khoản iTunes của họ sẽ được hoàn lại tiền cho những apps mà họ đã mua vì những apps đó đúng ra phải miễn phí.
